My husband and I have been going to Tio's since it opened 30 years ago and have never had a problem with food or service. However this is the first year that several of our friends have complained about the service - same experience that you had with inattentive servers. We're going on 2/25 and can't wait to see what happens. If we get poor service, we'll definitely make our annoyance known.- Is follow up to post by jacklind ...
My wife and I have been going to Tio Pepe's Restaurant for the past 25 years. This is the first time that we only saw our waiter when we ordered food and when we paid the check. Never a "How's your food?" or "Do you need anything?" The food was good, but the service was poor. Even the man who escorted us to our table didn"t ask! Talk about arrogance. -- 2/14/2006 6:19:35 PM
